Jelle has over 15 years experience in product development and in redesigning and optimising commercial, operational and reporting processes. Both within large corporates as within Small Medium Enterprises. Already many years ago, he originally designed the concept behind Coniungit software and implemented it in the plastic processing company of his parents. There it has led to a significant increase in revenue and margin improvement, while at the same time improving client and employee satisfaction. This success was the spark that ignited Coniungit.
Moreover Jelle has experience as a management consultant in various product & business development roles with Accenture and later as a project manager with Rabobank where he was amongst others responsible for various successful company wide system implementations.

Maarten has over 15 years experience in software development, IT maintenance and management of IT organisations. He is also founder and owner of FactorM ( www.factorm.net) providing support to companies for over 10 years in the area of IT & management consultancy, development and IT maintenance and support.
